We offer DIRECT BILLING services to most insurance companies. We work with ICBC clients, however we do NOT direct billing with ICBC at this time, and a few other government insurance providers. We are hoping to provide direct billing to these insurance providers coming soon, but in the mean time you will need to pay in full for your appointment if your insurance provider is not someone we currently direct bill too yet. So please be ready to pay for your appointment in full upon your arrival, and feel free to contact us in regards to insurance providers if you have any questions. As a clinic we strive to give our clients the best care, and will do our best to assist you however we can.
REMINDER- We are CHANGING LOCATIONS from 9966 pollard rd, moving to 1462 st. Paul street, unit 201, Kelowna BC by the end of the month. As of Dec 29th, 2025 we will be only working at the new location!
We are now located at 1462 St. Paul street, unit 201 in a grey building to the left of Dyck’s pharmacy. This is a secure building where you will have to buzz our unit to come in. On the buzzer system you may still see the previous tenants business name "Ah-Ha Healing inc." We are located on the second floor of this building. There is NO elevator in this building so you will need to come up the stairs to get to the second floor. We are the office just off to the left side before the washrooms in the hallway. Our unit number 201 is on the door with "Wellness Spa" written just underneath.
