Our Philosophy
At The Nest Wellness Spa, our philosophy is centered around the idea that the mind, body, and spirit are interconnected, and that the complimentary therapies to western medicine like Massage therapy, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Naturopathy, and many other practitioners can help to heal and balance all three. We believe that these therapies are an integral part of a healthy lifestyle.

Meet The Team
Christine Wallace - Co-owner/ Registered Massage Therapist
I am a registered massage therapist here in the Okanagon, and a co-owner of "The Nest Wellness Spa". I have been an RMT now for over a Decade, and enjoying every minute of it. I am originally from Alberta, but have lived all over Canada! I enjoy a variety of things including the great outdoors, exploring/travel, animals, gardening, history, sports, and I have always had a passion to help others.
One of my coaches said, they coach because they want to pass on the knowledge they have learned to the next generation in hopes they too will spread this knowledge to future generations. This really resonated with me, and is something I have always carried with me throughout my life.
With that being said, I like to live my life in a way where I am always learning, exploring, and experiencing new things. This transcends into the way I approach my treatment style when it comes to my practice. Some of my specialties are Swedish massage, deep tissue/ sports massage, prenatal/ post-natal care, infant massage, craniosacral therapy, facial release, lymphatic drainage, and TMJ/ face/ scalp massage. I am always adapting, and trying my best to find the right plan that helps support my clients, and their goals.

Kimberley Wallace - Co-owner/ Investor/ Office Manager
I am a co-owner/ investor of "The Nest Wellness Spa". My twin sister and I have spoken for many years about getting into business together, and it has finally happened! With my background in business, sales, marketing, administration and customer service, I am focused on providing the back end support for our team, and making sure every client has a wonderful experience at our wellness spa!
We are very excited to continue to grow our team, and facility! Keep an eye out as we will be providing even more services for our clients in the future!

I worked in healthcare for 42 years before I retired from my profession, and moved to Kelowna, BC to be with my girls. I have always believed my girls can accomplish anything they have set their minds to, and I am beyond happy to see their dream come together! With my experience in the healthcare industry as a medical receptionist, and Cardiology Technologist, I feel the medical/ wellness roles are what I am drawn to, and I enjoy it!
With that being said, I am here to help make your experience more enjoyable and make sure there is a friendly face here to greet you when you arrive. Looking forward to assisting you anyway I can!
