Cancellation Policy

When booking one of our services please be advised of our Cancellation policy. We have a strict 24 Hour cancellation policy, anyone cancelling within the 24 hours of their next appointment will be charged 50% of their scheduled appointment. This will vary depending on the appointment  booked.  When sick please contact the office as soon as you can, and we will have you rescheduled or wait listed for an available appointment when you are feeling better! 

No-Show fee with no prior  communication efforts from the client before the clients appointment will be subjected to 100% charge for the appointment booked by the client. We understand that things can happen that are out of our control and that practitioners may need to suddenly cancel as well. We just ask that our clients please respect our therapist's time by giving as much notice as they can, as we do the same for them when something happens on our end. This will allow us the chance to schedule and  see other clients who truly need our assistance.  We strive in maintaining a healthy, clean work space for all to enjoy, with clear communication to all, and continue to give our clients the best care we can.
